Even with the economy in the tank, our patients still want to look good.  They tell us that some things are just worth saving for.  Rhinoplasty and various forms of minilifts are still very popular at this time.  Also, injectibles, Rhytec Portrait Skin Rejuvenation, in office laser treatments, our lactic acid Spa Peels, Hand Rejuvenation and Botox still seem to be high priorities.  These are procedures which tend to give relatively quick results with a lower price tag.  In addition, we are still running a special on Radiesse and Elevess(our newest hylauronic acid filler) this month in our Stoneham office:
